Your production team, wherever your event takes you 🌍

Taking an event overseas can mean unfamiliar venues, new suppliers and teams you’ve never worked with before. It doesn’t have to.

Many of our customers bring us with them. It means the same familiar faces on site - a team you know and trust, who already understand how you work.

Over the last few years we’ve delivered events from Brussels to Paris to Istanbul, and this week we’re in Ibiza with long-standing customers who regularly take us with them across Europe. ✈️

👉 Here’s how it works

We work with the venue to make use of their kit, then prep everything else here and bring it out with us. For this conference in Brussels, that included pixel strips and LED video wall columns. Because working away from home shouldn’t mean compromising on your event production.

We sort the documentation for getting our crew and kit out there, and our own team runs the event production on the day.

Nothing about working with us changes, only the location.

By the time you walk into your event, we've usually been there for hours behind the scenes.

Kit in, rigged, cabled and tested. Content loaded and checked. Running order walked through cue by cue.

None of it makes the highlight reel.
But it's the reason you get to spend the day with your guests instead of worrying about the tech. 😌

Event design usually starts with the things people notice. The screens, the staging, the lighting.

Worth adding one more to that list: whether everyone in the room can hear what's being said. 🔊

RNID puts it at 1 in 3 people in the UK who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus.

Auracast broadcast audio sends your event sound straight to compatible hearing aids, headphones, phones, or compact receivers. Clearer than a traditional induction loop, and no need to sit in a particular part of the room.

It handles multiple channels too, so it's brilliant for multilingual events.

The point isn't the kit. It's that nobody has to work harder than anyone else to follow the day. 😌

Overnight load-in complete ✨
