🥰 11 years since my very own ‘I Do Day’ 🥰

It’s been 23 years of living life with my best friend by my side 🤍 we’ve travelled the world 🌎 together, had two beautiful babies 👧👦 and have had so many incredible stories and memories along the way!!! ❤️

Married by the lovely Anne from the Fuze Foundation who I now work for 🥰 and love being part of our awesome wee team!!

Pictures by the very talented Michael Carver Photography ….. I think we were his 3rd or 4th wedding he had ever done!!! His pictures were just as beautiful then as they are now!! 🙌😘

We also had a feature in the Scottish Wedding Directory which was just amazing 🥰

Absolutely the best day ever!! ❤️

You were an absolute pleasure to work with, putting us at ease the first time we met you, I felt like I’d known you my whole life ❤️, and I know Angie felt the same. You came across as such a kind and caring human being.

When I arrived on Saturday, you were right there to put my mind at ease, so thanks.
You conducted our ceremony with professionalism and created a lovely atmosphere within the chapel. You happy disposition was perfect for what we wanted to create.

Love a wedding fayre 🥰

One of the loviest and funniest things that’s ever happened to me at a wedding fayre……

Small group of ladies all admiring a wedding item at the table next to mine. One guy standing beside them by himself looking a little…. sheepish (wedding fayres can be a daunting place 😂)

I decided to try spark up a conversation 😊

Me - ‘have you got anyone to marry you yet?’
Him - *looking a bit nervous* silently points at one of the ladies in the group gushing over said item on the next table ❤️

✨ Three Secret Reasons ✨

I love this one, it is something I offer to all my couples to do as part of the ceremony…..3 reasons why they love each other. 🥰

They send them to me secretly 🤫 and then I get to reveal to them and their guests what each other have said.

There is also the option to do 2 why I love you and 1 why you drive me insane 😬😂😂

Claire and Sam had me in tears 😭 sending theirs over!!! Firstly Claire sent these beautiful words all about how he helps her cope with anxiety, helping her through such a difficult time in her life after losing her lovely mum and then giving her the greatest gift, getting to be a mum herself to their beautiful daughter Jane. ❤️

So when Sam sent me his I cringed a little as he started off the email saying here are my 2 reasons I love Claire and 1 that drives me insane!! I had a wee panic knowing all the beautiful words Claire had written for him…… until I read them!!!

Claire and Sam you absolutely rocked your three reasons, so so beautiful ❤️
