The 'Redshank' is a mobile, seafood catering trailer based in the Highlands capital of Inverness. We move to various spots around the city and beyond offering a 'street food' approach to freshly cooked, locally sourced seafood & produce.

Our usual daily opening times are 5pm to 8pm and our menu changes every week. We dont do lunches yet but we are looking into it, you can however book us for a lunch or dinner event for any occasion, just get in touch either through our page or give us a call on 07546567940.
