Looking to build your network, access practical resources or raise your profile?

We've teamed up with Catherine McWilliam, Scotland Director at Institute of Directors (IoD), to offer bookable Office Hours appointments for our community.

These friendly, practical conversations give you dedicated time with Catherine to discuss your priorities, ask questions and explore how the IoD could support you and your organisation.

Whether you are already an IoD member and want to make more of your membership, or you are curious about what the IoD has to offer, your appointment will focus on what matters most to you.

A limited number of appointments are available and must be booked in advance. If you'd like to book an appointment, drop us a DM.

Unlocking investment and growth for women-led businesses means colouring outside the lines and doing it differently because none of this is easy or fits neatly into a pitch deck or tick box.

We’re just getting on with the work, and we want to take as many people as possible on that journey with us.

In that spirit, I was delighted to catch up with Angus Campbell, Chair of Highlands and Islands Enterprise, yesterday. He gets it, he cares deeply about it, and he shares our determination to get the job done!

Our partnership with the team at Highlands and Islands Enterprise, along with organisations such as Highland Business Women, ASB Association of Scottish Businesswomen, Women's Enterprise Scotland, The Scottish National Investment Bank is rooted in mutual unapologetic ambition for our business community and place.

Office hours are now in session.... and let's make them win, win.

Do you have domain expertise you can share with other women in business in the Highlands and Islands?

We have been thinking a lot about mentorship and how we make it simple and impactful, so building on the success of the growth conversations Nicola + Rebecca (The Scottish National Investment Bank) have been having, we are

1. You put an afternoon aside to offer to chat to other women who could do with some of your expertise.

2. You have a 20/30 min chat.

3. And hopefully along the way, you get to feel the benefit, too. Be that in us advertising your office hours slot, getting mentorship experience and hopefully some good business along the way.

So, if you'd like to put yourself forward for office hours, drop me a whatsapp or DM.

We'd love for us to create a 'no fuss' impactful support system that grows all our businesses.

We are back in planning mode for our 2027 Summit, and I don't know how we top last year's Speaker list. So many incredible women sharing their unique and often messy - but equally brilliant - business journey.

So, tell us, is there anyone you'd like to hear from this year. Drop us a DM or why not give them a tag in this post?

And, don't worry, you won't have to wait until March for our next event, we have some fantastic events and updates to come very soon...
