I usually donate a voucher to a local school my grandchildren attend but this year as I’m not able to commit to a buffet, I thought I’d make something else 😁😁
This jar of sweets will be part of the school’s fundraiser on the 27th November at Bridgend Primary School (see details in attached pic)

Had a glut of apples from my tree 🌳 so thought I’d try making some little Apple & Salted Caramel Puff Pastry tarts 🤓
