We want to make sure your special day is absolutely perfect, but we can’t hold your preferred date and theme without a deposit. 🗓️

We are getting so many enquiries for upcoming dates! To keep things fair and organised, we operate on a strict 4-step booking process (check out the image above👆).

To secure your booking, please follow our quick 4-step process:
1️⃣ Submit our Booking Form with all your event details.
2️⃣ Send your payment (£30 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours to hold your date/theme—this is fully credited toward your total!).
3️⃣ Check your inbox (and junk folder! 📩) for your confirmation invoice and receipt.
4️⃣ Relax! We’ll reach out a week before your event to finalise balances and arrival times.

⚠️ Please note: Submitting a form alone does not secure your spot. Dates are only locked into our calendar once the matching deposit is received within 24 hours (or full balance if your event is less than 7 days away).
