Managing the day-to-day operation of the warehouse

Leading and supporting our Warehouse Manager
and warehouse team

Managing onsite technicians while they’re working in the warehouse

Planning vehicle movements and organising logistics

Coordinating equipment preparation for multiple events

Overseeing the loading and unloading of vehicles

Improving warehouse systems and processes

Maintaining accurate stock control and warehouse organisation

Ensuring high standards of health and safety

Working closely with our Project Managers to make sure every job is delivered on time

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, leading people and making improvements.

Ideally you’ll have:

Previous experience managing a warehouse
or logistics operation

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

The ability to prioritise and work well under pressure

A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in when needed

Good IT skills and confidence using
warehouse or logistics systems

A full UK driving licence

Confidence driving vans and moving equipment between venues when required

Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends and unsociable hours, as the events industry doesn’t always fit into a 9-5 schedule

Willingness to work overtime during
busy periods when required

Experience within the AV or events industry is essential.

Stage Connections is looking for a talented and highly organised Creative Producer to join our team on a maternity cover basis. Fixed-term contract for 9 months to cover maternity leave, salary pro-rated to the 9-month period (Max. £30,000 total actual earnings), with standard full-time hours.

As Creative Producer, you’ll sit at the heart of our creative process, bridging the gap between artistic vision and practical ex*****on. You’ll shape the look and feel of print, digital and stage design projects while managing creative scope, schedules, budgets and teams to bring ideas to life.

Working closely with Project Managers and clients, you’ll help ensure campaigns and projects run smoothly from initial concept through to final delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative lead who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is confident working across graphic design, motion graphics and video production.

You’ll be responsible for:

· Creating high-quality visual assets, motion graphics and video content that bring brands and events to life across multiple channels.

· Owning creative projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment at every stage.

· Collaborating with Project Managers to deliver work on time, within budget and to a high standard.

· Translating complex ideas into clear, compelling stories and visuals for clients and internal teams.

· Filming live events and editing video content to a high standard.

· Leading creative discussions and confidently presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders.

· Managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

· Supporting creative brainstorming and helping oversee social media channels.

· Coordinating and mentoring designers, motion specialists and freelancers where required.

We are a technical event production company who supply equipment and expertise for events all over the country.

We are looking for a AV Technician to join our team to support the technical production for a range of events.

The role itself is broad and varied, and you will work between our busy hire, virtual and live departments.

THE ROLE
· Preparing equipment prior to the event
· Delivery and installation of audio-visual equipment
· Managing the delivery and collection of equipment
· Supporting the maintenance and servicing of equipment
· On-site technical management, including rigging and operating
· Managing Freelance Staff and crew on site.
· Client facing role, expected to be able to liaise with clients and proactively respond to their needs
· General warehouse duties
· Corporate Live event experience essential
· Networking and streaming experience is preferable

You will hold a full UK driving licence and have a minimum 2 or more years experience in a similar Audio Visual role. We are a highly customer focused business so the ability to communicate with clients is essential.

You will be highly self motivated and a strong team player who is flexible with working hours.

A solid understanding of sound, video, lighting, rigging and staging systems is required.

After a busy month of events, every LED panel comes back into the warehouse for testing before heading out on its next job.

Our team checks each panel for pixel faults and colour inconsistencies, which can cause issues such as white displaying as pink.

Any faults are repaired, and every panel is re-tested to make sure it’s performing correctly before returning to stock.
