Yesterday at Tawstock Court for the wedding of Elliot & Rebecca.

Canapés:
Mexican Vegetable Tortilla Baskets
Tomato & Red Onion Bruschetta
Smoked Salmon, Beetroot, Cream Cheese Blinis

Afternoon Tea,
Including a variety of Sandwiches and Wraps, Caramelised Red Onion Sausage Rolls, Quiche, Chocolate Orange Brownie, Lemon Cheese Cake & Berry Eton Mess & Of Course Scones with Clotted Cream & Jam (the Devonshire way round 😜)

Thanks to the Team for helping this all run smoothly and although not there in person today thanks to my sister Roots & Thyme for some advice & recipes for the GF/VEGAN options 💪🏽

Stunning views, in an historic and classy building. What’s more it’s run and staffed by seriously wonderful people, who go above and beyond to ensure their guests weddings are perfect.

Something a little different this week as we were back at Tawstock Court for the Wedding of Michael & Bryony. This couple opted for an entirely vegetarian menu starting with canapés of:

Smashed Avocado & Spring Onion Potato Bites

Garlic Mushroom Blinis with Beetroot Puree

Tomato, Basil & Mozzarella Skewers

Traditional Roast Sharing Platters with main options of:

Apricot & Cranberry Nut Roast

Creamy Mushroom & Herb Pie

Butternut Squash, Spinach & Caramelised Red Onion Wellington

Served With Garlic & Thyme Roast Potatoes, Maple Roasted Root Vegetables, Green Veg, Cauliflower Cheese, and a Vegetarian Red Wine Jus.

Finished off with a dessert trio:

Ginger Sticky Toffee Pudding,

Summer Berry Eton Mess,

Lemon Tart with Blueberry Coulis

Wednesday took us back to the beautiful Tawstock Court for an intimate wedding for Oliver & Sophie.

Traditional roast sharing platters of Gammon, Lamb & Chicken, with all the trimmings!

Tawstock Court looked absolutely Stunning today for the Wedding Of Mike and Cat.

We served Canapés:

Black Olive Tapenade Crostini
Honey Glazed Chipolatas
Mexican Tortilla Baskets

Mains:

Traditional Roast Dinner Sharing Platters With Lamb, Beef & Chicken - all from our good friends at Ivan Clarke's Butchers! And a vegetarian option of Butternut Squash & Caramelised Walnut Wellington.

With all the trimmings!

Dessert Trio:

Chocolate Orange Brownie with Hot Chocolate Sauce,

Sticky Toffee Pudding

Lemon Tart with Blueberry Compote.
