We're slowly getting through the list and still recovering from the wet winter. It feels amazing to be nearly finished! Of course, once that's done, we'll be straight into wedding season.

Farm life definitely keeps us on our toes, we seem to wear a different hat every day.

The photo of the swallows just chilling on the toilet door brings me so much joy.

We also have chicken back in the shop, along with a fresh restock of sausages. We've used a different butcher this time, so they look a little different, but they taste great. Give them a try.

Another before and after. I’ve been sorting through old files on the computer and it’s been brilliant seeing just how much we’ve changed over the years. Funny how what felt so cool at the time can look so tired now.

Hasn’t our beautiful barn changed so much over the last few years.

It looked especially lovely this morning set up for an educational visit run by . Kevin always makes the space feel so welcoming for the school children.

From its early days to the space it is now, it’s been amazing to watch it evolve into somewhere that brings people together.

The barn can now host so many different events from conferences, gigs, parties, weddings, yoga sessions, workshops, educational visits and community gatherings.

What a lovely week we’ve had. and I have got a lot done. We’re pouring lots of energy into making our spaces feel more loved.

Managed to squeeze a cuppa tea in the yard today, the three of us together. It feels wonderful to have the swallows swooping above us and some heat on our faces.

and Simon have 15 ewes left to lamb and one cow left to calf. Phew. They’ve done so well. Plus our Kate is having a hip replacement in a month, so it’s been a lot for her. She is incredible.

We have a couple of spaces left for exclusive campsite hire over August. Our field is the perfect spot for a family and friends get-together.

We’ve also had lots of new items arrive in the shop. The self-service shop is open every day from 9–5, come and take a look.
