I don't usually post personal posts on here, but as it's National Diabetes Week, I'd like to share my son's fundraiser.

Harry was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes last July when he was just 4 years old. This year, for his 'diaversary' he and three of his school friends (all just 5 years old!) will be riding 7km on their bikes to raise money for Breakthrough T1D.

Since Harry's diagnosis our lives have changed, his especially but he has been so brave and resilient even on the hardest day, especially for his young age.

Breakthrough T1D focus on world-class research to treat, prevent and cure type 1 diabetes and the ways in which we campaign to promote access to better treatments and technologies for everyone with type 1.

As promised, here is a little bit of info about wedding insurance 🤓

Insurance is boring, and an additional expense that couples rarely factor in... but it is so worth the money if you're spending thousands on your day and something goes wrong. It's rare, but it happens 😬

Always try to get your policy in place before you pay anything, and pay using a credit card where possible, even if it's just for deposits!

Oh, and make sure its the right policy and cover for you...always check the small print!
