🌿 Nourishment is woven into the Sacred Shakti experience.

Food has always been one of my favourite ways to bring people together.

For Sacred Shakti, I’ll be sharing a lovingly prepared meal rooted in the flavours, traditions and recipes I grew up with, alongside Ayurvedic wisdom that continues to influence how I approach nourishment and wellbeing.

Prepared with seasonal ingredients, warming spices and nutritious whole foods, this meal has been thoughtfully created to feel grounding, comforting and supportive as we gather to honour the Summer Solstice.

There is something special about slowing down, sharing stories, laughing together and enjoying food made with love and intention.

Every ticket includes the full Sacred Shakti experience, including our shared Ayurvedic meal, refreshments and all offerings.

✨ Exciting News! ✨

I’m delighted to share that TLC Holistic Events has been awarded a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Food Hygiene Rating of 5 following our inspection.

As many of you know, creating experiences that feel welcoming, nourishing and supportive is at the heart of everything I do. As TLC begins expanding into Ayurvedic food and refreshments, it was important to me that we build strong foundations from the very beginning.

This 5-star rating reflects the care, attention and commitment that goes into every aspect of the experience.

And this is just the beginning...

Over the coming months I’ll be introducing nourishing Ayurvedic dishes, warming drinks and seasonal offerings designed to support wellbeing, connection and comfort.

Food has always been about more than simply eating. It’s about gathering, sharing, nurturing and creating moments that feed the body, mind and soul.

Belle's GF Bakes will be joining us, bringing a range of gluten free, coeliac-safe cakes, bakes, and savoury options.

Everything is made with care, with additional dairy free and vegan options available too, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy without second guessing what’s in it.

It’s always a relief to have food that feels both safe and genuinely good, and we’re really glad to have her as part of the day.

Phoenix Mind Body Breathe will be offering acoustic singing bowl massage sessions on the day.

Sound isn’t just something we hear, it’s something the body feels. The vibrations from instruments like singing bowls move through the body and can influence the nervous system, helping it settle, regulate, and come back into balance.

These sessions use sound and vibration directly through the body, creating space for tension to release and for the system to reset. Many people experience a shift in how they feel, physically and mentally, simply through allowing the body to respond to these frequencies.

It’s one of those things that makes more sense once you’ve experienced it.

There’s often more going on in our connection with animals than we realise.

In this session, Vee will share how she intuitively connects with animals, both in the physical and in spirit, offering insight into their thoughts, behaviours, and emotions.

It’s not just about understanding them, it’s about deepening the relationship you already have.

You’ll also be introduced to simple ways to begin tuning in yourself, opening up a different way of connecting that many people don’t realise is possible.
