😮 Something that always surprises people at a sip and paint is how different they all are at the end!✨️

I give everyone the same "instructions" and demo the same techniques but you will have your own creative choices along the way and the way you do each brushstroke will manifest in its' own style. 🎨

It is so beautiful seeing all of them at the end and celebrating how unique we really all are. 💛

Today we were talking "limiting beliefs" at WOW.

Moira opened up a beautiful discussion about how our sip and paint on Friday helped her overcome some of her limiting beliefs.

She said before the event she reminded herself that kids don't go into an art experience thinking, "I won't be good at this." Or comparing themselves to others. She reminded herself they just go in and see paint and get excited.... so she came in with this mindset.

Moira said she found that throughout the session, she found she just enjoyed the process and now she has taken that mindset into how she runs her business!

Well done Moira for your amazing attitude to trying something new and I'm so happy that not only did you get an amazing painting that you are proud of... you also had a mindset shift! Amazing!!!

Finances give you a headache? Me too... just kidding with this reel though... 🤣 ... it was so tempting just to paint! 🎨

I had a really productive day today looking at accounts and am actually dead proud of myself! I'm meeting with Aimee tomorrow and between today and that conversation I'm actually kinda getting excited about the money side. 😁✨️

Plus... I can see the growth from nothing to now, which makes me so proud. 🥹

Thanks to everyone who has been a part of my journey so far.

When my kids grow up... (they are currently 7 and 4). I want them to be able to say...

"My mum started a business from scratch. Amd it was and is successful. Have you heard of Fizz and Finesse? She started it."

It already warms my heart that my oldest used to want to be a vet... now she wants to start her own business running an animal sanctuary.

Let's show her it is possible!

Do you get racing thoughts and find it hard to make them slow down?

A group from the WOW team had a private event last night at and a couple of them were saying they really enjoyed focusing on painting and following instructions because it enabled them to drop the mental load for a while and just be. 💛
