Sad to see what should have been a great night at Huddersfield Food and Drink Festival cut short by the new 6pm closing time for Thursdays. Might be the only sunny day and people coming out the train stations from their commute think it was shut. Odd ruling. What's your thoughts?

So the mould is finished! Looks like a giant pond liner but its the results that count. Should have first oven coming of out it this week fingers cross. Then we can finally show you the new range.

Ahh rain...you do nothing for our business. Some people ask why we don't update this too much...simply reason is its kind of out of "season", if its not sunny or involves fireworks then pizza is not always on your mind or mine :)

Finally finished the new moulds for out cast ovens. Been a long process but it will be worth it. Allows us to produce more ovens for the summer and keep everything the same high quality. Photos to come! :)

2 more wedding enquires, its starting to heat up for summer, should be a belter at this rate. Happy guests are well fed guests :)

Its official, booked at pitch at the bottom of Holme Moss for Le Tour. Pizza on the hill why not! :)

The workshop is covered in foam from mould making. Its damn messy stuff but means a lovely smooth finish in the end. Coming on nicely. Pictures soon I promise.

Might have to get some more logs at this rate, its getting a bit chilly. Good job the workshop has a chimney :)

This week we start making a new batch of light weight ovens. Time to get some stock built up for 2014 and try out some drunken Christmas ideas for improvements in design! Bring it on
