We often feel the need to multitask constantly to get things done. I know I do, especially since I've become a parent.
But this can cause more stress to ourselves than we realise.
โ We rush through our tasks, not doing them to the best of our ability
โWe don't give the task 100% so the quality of the result isn't the best
โ Tasks don't always get completed, so we then feel like a failure
โWe add pressure to ourselves for the next day
โ The list of tasks then gets really daunting
If we just tackled things 1 thing at a time:

We would have more completed tasks instead of lots of half completed ones
โ
The tasks would be completed to the best of our abilities with better quality of results
โ
We feel a great sense of achievement for completing tasks
Slowing down and doing 1 thing at a time isn't a bad thing!
