As Pride month begins I am proud to reaffirm my allyship with the LGBTQAI+ communities. For very strong personal reasons I have been an ally for many years and this is reflected in diversity of the celebrant led services I have performed since becoming a celebrant, so if you are attending the local celebrations look out for me and my son Jordan from Stealth Fitness and say Hi!

On Friday we celebrated the life of a true Yorkshire man who became a true ‘Kayak’ when he married his beautiful Queen from Carriacou.
We all know that love has mystical powers, but he was even converted from vegetarian to carnivore because he loved West Indian food so much.
His beautiful garden, his boat in Grimsby and Carriacou were his places of peace, and joy was wherever his family was, because he ‘loved them all the world’

Wonderful day of CPD at Lelley Fields Crematorium today, with the added bonus of catching up with other amazing professionals. It’s so important to grow and learn together and to support each other.

This morning at this beautiful
Crematorium we said goodbye to
a family gentleman who wore many different hats in life. A gifted and well travelled accountant, teacher and man of faith, he believed in sharing his knowledge and skills to benefit others. He ran 5 marathons for charity with his final one being aged 60 ,remaining active well into his 90s. Thank you to Zoe Edwin Pounds & Sons Funeral Directors Sandbeds and Keighley for choosing me to look after this wonderful family.
