Love letters, butterflies and a joyful 67 years of marriage featured heavily today as we celebrated a warm , sociable lady from Eldwick, with the voice of an angel at Shay Grange Crematorium. All topped off with ‘I’ve had the time of my life’ from her favourite film!
Thank you Zoe, Alison and Steve from Edwin Pounds & Sons Funeral Directors Sandbeds and Keighley for another wonderful service looking after this family together x

September is su***de prevention month, and it is a subject particularly close to my heart. Having had friends who have lost children to su***de, and being an ally to a particularly high risk group, I always say this- the world is a better place because you are in it. Please stay.

Rest in Peace Dolly Parton- singer, songwriter , philanthropist, advocate, and all round decent human being. A beautiful shining rhinestone and example to us all.

Last weekend a beautiful couple
(‘And I mean beautiful!!!!) celebrated 20 years of marriage in a joyful vow renewal at The Huntsman.
A glamorous monochrome theme set the scene for heartfelt bespoke readings from the couple’s youngest daughter and the brides Aunts.
Huge smiles lit up the room as new rings were dedicated and exchanged.
I was super proud to be their celebrant , and wish them continuing happiness in the coming years
