We’ve been a little quiet on our socials this year but certainly not behind the scenes 🤍

It’s been a tough year personally for me after my sister passed away suddenly in February. 💔

The past few months have brought some difficult times for our family, and while we’ve continued to be busy creating and styling beautiful weddings, we simply haven’t had as much time to share them with you.

Our wonderful couples have, as always, had our full attention, and we are incredibly proud of everything we’ve created together💕

I want to say a huge thank you to Anne for all her support and love during this difficult period 💖

Also thank you to all our lovely couples, venues and suppliers for your continued support.
We are looking forward to being a little more present on here again and sharing lots more of the beautiful celebrations we’ve had the privilege of being part of. 🤍

We were recommended make my day by a friend. The first meeting was very informal, relaxed and informative. On our wedding day itself , the groom had just finished breakfast when the team were already hard at work setting the ribbons up on the chairs , the seating plan and a welcome sign.
Communication was brilliant at all times.
This all made for a tremendous setting to celebrate the day away.
Would highly recommend!

Affected by the Abbey Bridal closure in Pontefract? We may be able to help 🤍

We've been really saddened to hear the news about Abbey Bridal's closure and the impact it's having on so many brides.

We've already been contacted by several brides affected by the situation and understand how worrying and upsetting this must be, especially when your wedding day is fast approaching.

Whilst we can't recover dresses ordered through Abbey Bridal, contact designers regarding those orders, or help obtain your original gown, we may be able to help you find an alternative.

We do have in stock some of the same designers and we may have your dress as an ex-sample, ir pre-loved gown, or something very similar available and all of our dresses are sold off the peg so can be taken home with you the very same day, with prices at a fraction of their original RRP.

We'd be more than happy to see if there's anything we can do to help, with no pressure or obligation.
