Just a quick update for everyone not in the know.
I will not be on the seafront this summer. LazyFin or tempest.
So
If you are walking by or dining/ drinking I will not be there this summer.
I am still at Brighton and hove golf club and a new (ish) pub kitchen at the sidewinder inn kemptown. Great pub with lots of space. Indoor and outdoor.

Happy to say that this gives a lot more time to concentrate on the functions, private dinner parties and personal chef aspects of my business.
Basically, I’m more available and all yours 😜🥂👨‍🍳
