We are a family run business based in East Sussex, we have almost 10 years in the luxury tent industry and we pride ourselves on knowing a thing or two about Tipis. Our Giant Hat Tipis, also known as Katas originate from Sweden so have been designed to brave the elements, all year round. Our Tipis are atmospheric, spacious and versatile and perfect for those of you looking for something with a little more character than your traditional white marquee.

“I genuinely cannot say a bad word about Tentario. From the very first enquiry over two years before our wedding, right through to the big day itself, Tentario went above and beyond to make everything absolutely perfect.
When our original venue unexpectedly cancelled, the Tentario team were incredibly supportive. They helped us find new venues, carried out multiple site visits with us, and walked us through all the options to ensure everything could be done seamlessly. Their expertise, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile were invaluable during such a stressful time.
A few days before the wedding, the setup began, and Andy and his team were nothing short of incredible. They were always on time, communicated clearly, and worked tirelessly to make everything perfect.
The day before the wedding, I was feeling incredibly stressed due to some weather-related issues, and Andy went above and beyond yet again. Seeing how upset I was, he offered to come back early on the wedding morning to ensure everything was perfect before we arrived. Our Story

Owned and run by us, Andy and Becky (we’re brother and sister-in-law, not a couple which we’re often mistaken for!), we’re a family run business based in Sussex. Andy started working with the fantastic Tentipi Tipis back in 2005 and Tentario was formed in 2013. We’ve both had our own Tipi weddings, Becky’s in 2015 and Andy’s in 2016, so combined with our working Tipi experience, we pride ourselves on knowing a thing or two about Tipis and Tipi events! Our company is small – typically providing Tipis for two or three events at the most on any given weekend, meaning you get our undivided attention. From your initial enquiry through to site visit and then on to set-up and takedown, either one of us (or quite likely both!) will be there.

We have the knack for knowing what works and what doesn’t and will help you through each stage of the process to ensure your event goes according to plan.
