I spend far too much time trying to photograph my flowers in a way that does my arrangements justice, but I can never decide where they look best!

✨💗 A LITTLE BOUQUET GIVEAWAY… WITH A LITTLE HONESTY 💗✨

🌸 Today, I’ve decided to turn a little disappointment into something positive and gift this bouquet to someone who might need a little pick-me-up 🌸

This bouquet was returned today after a customer had left with it saying they were happy, but later felt it wasn’t right for them because bits of green could be seen amongst the pink flowers they’d requested.

I offered a full refund and took the flowers back, because the last thing I ever want is for someone to feel disappointed ❤️

I’ll be honest, I did struggle to understand the complaint, as I’d have been very grateful to receive these flowers myself. But we’re all different, and everyone has their own expectations. I’ve spent a while beating myself up over leaving someone unhappy, but then I thought… why should this little bouquet go to waste when it could still make somebody smile? 💕

Being a small business owner means putting your heart into everything you do. Long hours, early mornings, late nights and caring perhaps a little too much about getting everything right. Sometimes, you take things to heart more than you should because your business means so much to you.

Behind every small business is a real person, with real feelings, doing their best and often juggling far more than people realise 🫶

So, let’s turn a little disappointment into a little happiness! 🩷
