Something slightly different.... recently I have completed some repairs on a much loved bunny 🐰 Replacing the well worn (from lots of cuddles) fabric on the ears and feet. A lovely little project and as the owner of the bunny was local they weren't apart for long!

Throwback to my first bears made approximately 20 years ago! 🙈 Where has that time gone!!
They were my final project for my foundation degree, showcasing a range of fabrics I had designed and made. I love the shell added to the light blue bear 🐚💙 Who would have thought that I would still be making them 20 years later!

Sharing some very special bears made from the clothing of my wonderful mother in law who passed away over seven years ago. I gave these as gifts to my husband and his brother at Christmas. They are made from a range of her tops and include her signature on the foot.

A couple of blankets made for sisters from their first clothing. I loved keeping the details on these, such as the bunny ears, bow, pompoms and dungaree straps.

My first army bear made using a fathers army shirt, featuring his signature. Details from the shirt have been preserved; the pocket the cuff detail , Union Jack and the loop on the centre front.

The shirt was so well made it too some time to take apart. The buttons are not sewn on like standard buttons but feature a corded ribbon so attaching these was not standard procedure! I am really pleased with how this bear has turned out and I hope the recipient loved his Christmas gift.

Happy New year! A new year a new pattern! This bear has been made using newborn clothing and baby grows and sits alongside two bunnies made from his big sisters clothing, including her comforter, giraffe (aka Raffy).

The new pattern is the melody bear from . This bear is slightly shorter than my standard bear (but a bit wider) and unlike my standard bear this bear can sit unaided. I will be adding this bear to the website soon!
