We really enjoyed creating this wedding brunch menu for a wedding this week end . Fresh fruits yoghurt and a freshly made raspberry coulis with Sussex Breakfast , Avocado crispy bacon on sour dough, smoked salmon with a freshly poached egg and freshly made croissants, pain au chocolate, teas and filtered coffee.

We sell our top quality lamb to local pubs and butchers as well as to private customers delivered straight to your door in our refigerated van within a 15 mile radius. When buying our locally produced lamb you can be assured that it is fully traceable from "farm to fork" using the local abbatoir which is less than 10 miles away.
