I work to all budgets so everyone can have something pretty! Custom orders are very welcome - I love a challenge! Unfortunately I can not accept refunds/exchanges for custom orders. I now ask for deposits to confirm orders as unfortunately I have been let down a few times. If the order is under £50 I require full payment, if the order is over £50 then I ask for a 50% deposit. I send all packages either first class recorded signed or next day special delivery.
