🌟 Part-Time Hall Manager 🌟

Primrose Hall is looking for a new Hall Manager to help us keep our busy community hall running smoothly.

📅 Start date: End of November (for handover and training)
⌛ Hours: Around 30–40 per month, flexible (often from home, with some time at the hall)
💷 Salary: £7,632 per year, plus pension option and holiday entitlement

The role includes:

· Handling enquiries, bookings and invoicing

· Liaising with hirers, trustees and our caretaker

· Promoting the hall (including on social media)

· Helping ensure the hall is safe, clean and welcoming

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Organised, reliable and good with people
✔️ Computer literate (Word, Excel, email, social media)
✔️ Flexible, willing to support our hirers and caretaker at evenings/weekends when needed

🌼A fond farewell to Karen, our Hall Manager! 🌼

At the end of this year our much loved Hall Manager, Karen, will be stepping down and semi-retiring after 10 years of dedicated service at Primrose Hall.

Over the past decade she has done a wonderful job in keeping everything running smoothly, supporting countless events and becoming a highly valued part of our community. She will be greatly missed by the trustees, staff, volunteers and all who use the hall.

On behalf of everyone at Primrose Hall, we offer our heartfelt thanks and best wishes for a very happy retirement that gets her away on many more holidays.

We will shortly be advertising for her successor to allow time for a smooth handover and continued support for all our hall activities.
