Horam Manor Farm is a cluster of traditional barns and cartlodges in the setting of an unspoilt area of Sussex countryside. Once a site of the Wealden iron industry, the Farm now offers a wide range of different habitats, including open grassland, meadows, ancient woodlands, streams and Tudor hammer ponds. Visit the small museum and courtyard, walk one of the several different nature trails, enjoy


a meal or a drink at the lakeside café – or if you feel more adventurous, visit the riding stables or fish the quiet woodland ponds.

Over the past few weeks whilst I’ve been recouping from my hip op I’ve been gaining strength in new ways. When I write my stories and meditations I go off into a dream world, a place of comfort and safety….I go to Eliras garden and the stream of dreams. Building on the story, her journey and the journey of 10 other women, has been a sanctuary I have immersed myself in.

I have created some graphics for the story and this one is based on Eliras chance meeting with Selune, a woman of majesty and mystery who has lived for 70 moons. She hears the sacred call of the spiral garden and travels from the East to seek out Elira, bringing ancient knowledge, wisdom and scriptures across oceans and borders.

I will be sharing her story on the 18th December as part of our mocktail, storytelling and sound journey evening at the sanctuary. (All details and booking link are on the website)

I hope to see you soon for evenings where gathering creates community.
