Festival jobs and volunteering at the best events in the UK! We recruit and manage staff and volunteers for UK festivals and events.

Our first event was Leeds Festival in 2003, since then we've grown from a small team of just 6 volunteers to over three thousand staff and volunteers every year! Our management team has been recruiting and managing staff and volunteers for music festivals and live events since the early 90s. We recruit and manage teams of up to 850 at our current events, working in the campsites, on fire towers, gates, wristband exchanges and in the arenas.

🚨Important Reading & Leeds arrival info! 🚨

Before arriving at the festival you'll receive an email from Eventree with a link to the Reading & Leeds Health & Safety Induction. Please complete the induction before you arrive onsite as this will speed up accreditation.

Please keep an eye on your spam folder for the email. If you don't receive the email, don't worry - it can be sorted onsite.

The Eventree email and H&S induction is generic and sent to all crew working onsite across all companies. Some of the information may contradict information in your Hotbox Events info pack in the PAAM Portal - where this is the case, please refer to your Hotbox Events info pack.

Examples of this include:
🔴 You need to bring your proof of right to work in the UK (not just photo ID as the Eventree email notes). A driving license is NOT proof of your right to work in the UK!
🔴 You do not need to bring a hi-vis with you - we will provide them.
🔴 You do not need to wear a hi-vis at all times onsite. You only need to wear a hi-vis on shift or if exploring the festival site before it's open to the public - we have hi-vis you can borrow for this.

Head to the Reading or Leeds event info page of your PAAM account, scroll down and you'll find the shift preferences section where you can let us know your favourite and least favourite shift patterns! 🎪

MORE PAID JOBS AT CAMP BESTIVAL!

We have 24 extra paid steward jobs at Camp Bestival Dorset this week, so applications have reopened to join us there! ✨

Our paid stewards at Camp Bestival work all across the festival site at the event gates as ticket scanners and wristbanders, as campsite assistants in the campsites and at the accessible viewing platforms. 🎪

Paid stewards work 3x or 4x 8 hour shifts over the course of the festival and are paid £14.28 including holiday pay (for those on PAYE).

More volunteer places have become available and with no night shifts, no towers, and only working 2x shifts during the whole festival, what's not to love! 💓

Camp Bestival shift preference selection is now open, so as soon as you've applied you can log in to your PAAM account and select your shift preferences to make sure you're off-shift for all the bands you want to see! 🎶

Don't worry - you still get to pick you shifts to make sure you're off-shift for the artists you'd like to see! 🙌

Whether you're a die hard Lewis Capaldi fan, or you're hoping to spend each afternoon at the comedy tent, once your Latitude Festival volunteer place has been confirmed you can log in to your Hotbox Events PAAM account and select your shift preferences!

If you get your preferences in nice and early, you'll be included in the main volunteer shift allocation over the next few days. Applying a little later? No problem! You'll still be able to rank all 26 shift patterns from most to least preferred, and we'll do our very best to allocate you the highest possible choice based on availability 💓

Latitude Festival shift preference selection closes midday tomorrow, Monday 6th July! 🚨

We strongly recommend ranking *all* of the shift patterns in order of preference - those who have picked their top 3-5 shift patterns and left the rest in alphabetical order, we see you! 👀

We have over 500 volunteers at Latitude Festival so ranking only your top few shift preferences is a dangerous game, especially if they’re smaller shift patterns or just pixie shifts! Trust us and learn from the Downloaders - we want to be able to make sure we can give you a shift pattern that lets you be off shift for all of the artists you’d like to see, so please ensure the shift preference selection is completed by midday tomorrow! 🧚
