ALPA WEATHER CONTROL

For years, changing weather mid flight using MSFS 2020 or 2024 has meant breaking immersion: alt tabbing, clicking through windows, fighting presets, and hoping the weather actually loaded.

ActiveSky provides excellent weather injection, but still requires significant interaction to change METARs, load preset weather, or adjust wind data during a flight.

ProSim provides a very good IOS, but weather themes and wind settings are not injected into MSFS itself, so they do not affect the simulator’s actual weather.

So I built the tool I always wished existed.

ALPA Weather Control is a dedicated weather controller for ActiveSky, designed to control weather in MSFS through ActiveSky, designed to be used exactly where it belongs: next to you in the cockpit.

One tap presets
Live weather control
Manual wind and gust override
Turbulence control
Runs on an iPad, tablet, or directly on the sim PC
When used on PC, it runs in a browser window without interrupting the flight
No alt tab, no window hunting, no immersion breaking
