The World Cup is coming and we are ready! The big telly is getting warmed up and we’ll be creating our very own World Cup lounge ready to see all the action. We’ll be showing matches all across the tournament including all of Englands games.

We’ll have some cracking food and drink deals too and will be keeping our kitchen open later to coincide with the later kick offs.

Feel free to book in or just turn up, it all starts on 11th June!

Meet the team (or the people keeping the place from falling apart) 👋😂

We’ve had a little management rejig, so here’s the faces making the magic happen…

First up, Jonny – the man responsible for it all. What started as a drunken conversation in London somehow turned into an actual business 🍻 Growing up in Honley, having something here has always been pretty special… and somehow people still keep letting him make decisions.

Sophie is our General Manager and has been with us since day one. She’s Jonny’s right hand woman, the team’s support system and probably the one sorting out everyone else’s chaos.

Cai is our Bar Manager 🍺 Ask her anything about beer and she’ll know the answer. Seriously, test her. Also responsible for making the best coffee around (we’ll hear no arguments ☕️).

Elisa is our Bar Supervisor and since joining has been an instant hit with customers and staff alike — mainly because she’s much nicer than the rest of us.

And finally Ruben, our new Kitchen Supervisor 👨‍🍳 A wizard in the kitchen and a top bloke to go with it.

We’re feeling pretty excited about these changes and we’re all set for a cracking summer ahead

Calling all pampered pooches!!! We are now stocking dog treats from we’ve got the full range available, whether you’re a venison fan, big into boar or rabbit is more your vibe we’ve got something for you!

Don’t worry we still have plenty free treats available too plus some water bowls to keep hydrated over the hot and sunny bank holiday weekend!

Update - Following some recent events and changes behind the scenes, Shaun is no longer part of Braise.

I’m thankful for the part he played in the journey and wish him all the best moving forward.

For our customers and supporters, nothing changes day to day. There’s still plenty of passion, energy, and drive within the team, and the focus remains on continuing to grow, improve, and keep pushing Braise forward.

If anyone has any questions or concerns, I’m always happy to have a chat.

Starting tomorrow we’ve got a brand new burger tray for you all to try! A Classic double cheeseburger served with chicken tenders, fries, dips and a pit of slow cooked beef brisket. All this for just £18.50!

We are also introducing our sharing platter, chicken tenders, waffle fries, halloumi fries, chicken bites and and a selection of dips for jet £22.50
