JUST finished culling this wedding… and I’m still laughing.

I genuinely think this might have been one of the funniest, wildest and most ridiculously good weddings I’ve ever photographed.

The craic was mighty from the minute I arrived. The boys getting ready = absolute chaos. The wedding itself = brilliant.

And then things escalated…

GO-KART RACING. At a wedding.

Obviously I had to photograph it… and obviously I had to have a go.

It was AMAZING.

Looking through everything now, I honestly don’t know how I managed to get so many cracking photos because it felt like we spent most of the day just having far too much fun.

100% commitment.
Zero taking ourselves seriously.
Some VERY questionable driving.
Far too much laughing.
And one absolutely LEGENDARY wedding.

I’m not entirely sure this should be classed as work.

Another wedding... and somehow another day of tropical temperatures!

I think that's five or six weddings in a row now where Northern Ireland has forgotten it's Northern Ireland.

Yesterday was an absolute cracker at Millbrook Lodge. We made a smart call and got all the family photos finished in the lovely cool church before heading to the celebrations, which meant everyone could relax and enjoy the rest of the day.

The laughter never stopped. Great people, loads of fun, brilliant entertainment... and we nearly missed golden hour because we were all having such a good time! Thankfully we snuck out for a few minutes just in time, and it was 100% worth it.

Huge congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs. Thanks for letting me be part of such an incredible day!

Gallery day!

One of my favourite weddings of the year just landed in their inbox.

Orange Tree House absolutely delivered (as always), with wall-to-wall sunshine on one of the hottest days of the year. It was roasting, but the craic never stopped.

The best part? We didn't disappear for an hour taking photos. Instead, we snuck away for four or five quick little shoots throughout the day, meaning these two got to spend almost all of their wedding with the people who mattered most.

And to top it all off... we even managed a gorgeous little golden hour session before the party really kicked off.

If I’m not photographing you for a few minutes and your guests ask for a quick photo, I’m more than happy to grab one! 📸

It only takes a minute or two, keeps everyone smiling, and those little photos often end up meaning the world to people.

Weddings are all about friends, family and great memories — not just the bride and groom. ❤️

Yesterday’s wedding at one of my favourite venues, the amazing Orange Tree House… and WOW, what a day. Hottest day of the year so far, sunshine all day long, chilled vibes, loads of laughs and zero stress.

Honestly, my favourite thing is when couples tell me they hate having their photo taken… and then absolutely smash it without even realising. No awkward posing, no disappearing for hours, just a few quick little photo shoots during the day and loads of fun in between.

Summer wedding season is definitely here and I am LOVING it.

Working like crazy over here editing weddings at the minute… but honestly, I’m loving looking back through this one already.

There were so many little “micro shoots” throughout the day — just grabbing 5 minutes here and there, sneaking away for a few relaxed photos and then straight back to the party again. My favourite way to do it.

Gary & Pippa’s wedding this week was next level — the most chilled, relaxed vibes from start to finish. Just pure fun, love, and non-stop music.

Honestly… they didn’t stop dancing (during the reception !!!). Not once. Friends jumping up, jamming away, turning the whole reception into one big party — exactly how it should be — and at one point the duelling banjos went off, which somehow took it to another level entirely.
And then Gino the little pug absolutely stole the show. Icon behaviour. Some of my favourite photos of the day right there.

All set against the unreal backdrop of — what a place, what a day.
Massive shoutout to the staff — you were incredible. Can’t wait to be back. Thank you so much, guys.

Couldn’t do it without my partner in crime — causing chaos and creating magic in equal measure.

Back at Orange Tree House last week for an unreal wedding, and then on to Mount Stewart for some portraits.

Not been at Mount Stewart in a good few years and honestly… blown away. The house, the grounds, everything about it — and the staff were amazing from start to finish.
