Yesterday’s wedding at one of my favourite venues, the amazing Orange Tree House… and WOW, what a day. Hottest day of the year so far, sunshine all day long, chilled vibes, loads of laughs and zero stress.

Honestly, my favourite thing is when couples tell me they hate having their photo taken… and then absolutely smash it without even realising. No awkward posing, no disappearing for hours, just a few quick little photo shoots during the day and loads of fun in between.

Summer wedding season is definitely here and I am LOVING it.

Working like crazy over here editing weddings at the minute… but honestly, I’m loving looking back through this one already.

There were so many little “micro shoots” throughout the day — just grabbing 5 minutes here and there, sneaking away for a few relaxed photos and then straight back to the party again. My favourite way to do it.

Gary & Pippa’s wedding this week was next level — the most chilled, relaxed vibes from start to finish. Just pure fun, love, and non-stop music.

Honestly… they didn’t stop dancing (during the reception !!!). Not once. Friends jumping up, jamming away, turning the whole reception into one big party — exactly how it should be — and at one point the duelling banjos went off, which somehow took it to another level entirely.
And then Gino the little pug absolutely stole the show. Icon behaviour. Some of my favourite photos of the day right there.

All set against the unreal backdrop of — what a place, what a day.
Massive shoutout to the staff — you were incredible. Can’t wait to be back. Thank you so much, guys.

Couldn’t do it without my partner in crime — causing chaos and creating magic in equal measure.

Back at Orange Tree House last week for an unreal wedding, and then on to Mount Stewart for some portraits.

Not been at Mount Stewart in a good few years and honestly… blown away. The house, the grounds, everything about it — and the staff were amazing from start to finish.

A couple of weeks ago we had one of those properly wet wedding days… but did it dampen the spirits? Not one bit.

We got every photo we needed at the amazing Clandeboye Estate — umbrellas out, using the canopy, and making the most of every little pocket of shelter.

The bridal party were incredible… glamorous, bubbly and so much fun all day.

The groom arrived in a vintage Mini (which brought back memories because I actually had one when I was younger!).

Jake was a fabulous wedding photographer. He shot our wedding back in August and we are still trying to choose our favourite photos for our coffee book! When booking a wedding photographer we wanted someone with a unique style, relaxed but still fun and we are so glad we chose Jake.
