So yes, we practise. We work on our dancing. We try to improve.

But most importantly… we enjoy the journey. 💃🕺✨

We’re so excited to see how quickly they’re progressing! ❤️

For one couple, this was their first Waltz class, and for most of the others, only their second Waltz class. 👏🥰

It’s amazing what you can achieve in just a couple of weeks when you give it a go!

✨ When you take Dance Fit to another dimension… ✨

We popped into Twist Museum in London and somehow Mark ended up dancing Proud Mary in a world of light! 😂💃🕺 This seems to be our thing now!!

The universe clearly thinks we need more practice! 😄

A couple of weeks after our flat tyre adventure, today's trip to London was delayed because of a fire on the railway track. 🚆🔥

The silver lining? We got chatting to a lovely couple, Richard and Dawn, proving that even unexpected delays can lead to meeting wonderful people.

Sometimes the journey really is just as important as the destination. 💜

A little look at what our Thursday Improvers have been working on over the last couple of weeks. 💜

Slow Foxtrot is all about smooth movement and effortless flow, and everyone has made fantastic progress. It's been wonderful to see confidence growing week by week.
