As per instructions from on I'm celebrating the red roses at Greatcombe today. Mostly climbers as hybrid Teas don't do so well here. Crimson Glory on the yellow house is very striking and has the most glorious fragrance, as her name suggests! 🌹

AT LAST!! I've been wanting to set up my tomato tunnel for ages but first it was too cold 🥶 then it was too hot 🥵 then I was busy opening the garden ( ) so couldn't buy my plantlets from the amazing Growers Organics, Yealmpton, but yesterday it all came together! Yey!!! Looking forward to lots of warm and flavoursome 'off-the-vine" tomatoes!!🍅🍅🍅
