There will be a number of flavours available for next week's collection on Saturday 17th October but this one is one of the best.

In my early 20s I worked as a chef at an Irish bar in Taupo, New Zealand. We had an extensive menu but the top seller was always the same.....our famous steak and guinness pie. It was here that I learned to crimp my pastry the way you see today and people quite literally travelled from all over the country for this pie so I've decided to offer it to you.
