Our Edges x Fold collab is on this week only, Wednesday to Sunday. Pulled salt beef, on a base of bechamel, provolone & a hint of dijon mustard. Garlic butter everything seasoned crust and a thousand island swirl. Finished with cornichons and a pot of sauerkraut on the side. đź’š

For our next collaboration, we’ve teamed up with fellow New York-inspired railway arch-dwellers 💚

We’ve topped our 18” base in bechemel with a touch of Dijon, blanket coverage of sliced provolone as well as fior di latte, tangles of FOLD’s house Salt Beef, and a garlic butter Everything Seasoning crust. After baking it’s finished off with a thousand island swirl, dill pickle, and a pot of sauerkraut on the side.

We’ve also got Brown Butter Chocolate Chip cookies, baked fresh each day by FOLD, Friday to Sunday. Warm them through when you get home, top them with a scoop of Brickells and you’re in for a treat.

It’s officially back! Sausage & Onion - a Bronx classic. Coarse-crumbled, fennel-spiked sausage from , red onion sliced thin enough to crisp up but just thick enough to stay fudgy and sweet over our tomato, parm and fior di latte base, finished with fresh parsley and Grana Padano. Back on the menu now and throughout Autumn.

Now that we’re in our autumn feels, we’re bringing back a New York classic, sausage & onion. We’ll be using Lishman’s of Ilkley Italian fennel sausage, shaved red onion, chopped parsley & grana padano to finish. Staying on the menu all autumn, from next week 🍂🤍
