Our Wedding Open Days are the perfect opportunity to explore our Barn and our stunning surroundings, take a peek at our accommodation, sample some of our delicious canapés, and chat with our amazing team about your big day.

These two first came to The Farmhouse back in 2019, These two first came to The Farmhouse back in 2021, when a planned holiday turned into more of a local staycation during Covid. They knew even then that this place was special.

Fast forward to 2026 and here we are.

A beautiful ceremony under the beams, spring sunshine, acoustic music during the drinks reception, tacos and pizzas later into the evening, s’mores by the firepit and a packed dancefloor to finish. Food wise, guests enjoyed burrata with heritage tomatoes to start, followed by red wine braised blade of beef and mushroom wellingtons, before lemon meringue tart and vanilla & lime mascarpone profiteroles for dessert.

One of those days that just felt full of warmth and love from start to finish.

Rajan’s Baraat arrival... drums, dancing, colour, bubbles filling the air and the biggest smiles all round. 🥁 a really special day and we absolutely loved watching the families meet for the Milni, exchanging garlands before the celebrations began. One to remember!

The Wedding Industry Awards are back… and we’ve entered again. Last year we were super proud to be named Best Barn Venue in the regionals, and highly commended in the nationals… something that meant a lot to the whole team.

Since then, it’s been a busy year. New seasonal menus, more incredible weddings, rooms updates… and as always, a team that works hard to keep things flexible and make each day feel just right for our Barn couples.

We’re looking forward to being part of it all again this year 🙌🏽

Our team works incredibly hard to deliver great weddings for genuinely lovely couples, so to be recognised for that would mean a lot to all of us.
