Here are today’s boxes, off to Janette, in Thuxton. Each box contains a delicious selection of sandwiches (4 different flavours) a homemade cheese & leek sausage roll, cheese & chive scone with butter and chutney, a strawberry Eaton mess dessert pot, slice of lemon drizzle cake, a mango & passion fruit meringue and a home scone with fresh cream, strawberry jam & fresh strawberries 🍓

It’s always a huge privilege to cater in someone’s home following a funeral service. For me, it’s the ultimate honour and doesn’t get more personal than that.

Today we’ve been helping the Cordy family with a funeral reception in their home for Patrica. Taken far, far too soon and who will be missed beyond measure by her family.

Yesterday turned into something of a car crash of a day…. Literally! But we have so many reasons to be grateful (certainly not cheerful, but very, very grateful)
Nick’s ok all things considered. He’s shaken up and very sore after being involved in a head on collision.
The other driver was completely at fault.
To see Nick surrounded by ambulance and fire men with someone holding his neck while they got him out was just awful.
Needless to say the truck is a write off. But that can be replaced, Nick cannot! I think his beloved truck saved him yesterday. I’m sure it would have been a different story if he was in a car.

Today is going to be a quiet day of rest Xx ❤️
