How do you prepare a buffet on time and on standard with no electricity for most of the evening before 🤣🙄 while making sure Nicks Dad and his carers have everything they need for a blackout and he’s settled ?
I’m not quite sure, but….I’m ready for my morning collections and afternoon deliveries. Phew! Thanks to Nick for covering the afternoon deliveries while I try and get to grips with a migraine and tomorrow’s orders.

As ever, Alfie’s ability to sum up the current mood in the Foreman house is spot on 😞 tired doesn’t even cut it. Not particularly work related (no more than usual anyway 🙃) bear with me, I have lots of messages to catch up on, a very busy 5 or 6 days of catering coming up and our caring responsibilities for Nicks dad seem pretty overwhelming right now.
