On Monday, the Leonardo Hotels UK tour bus visited Conference Care HQ.

Simon Rigby and Jamie Taylor gave the team a sneak preview of the exciting rebranding that Jurys Inn Hotel Group and Leonardo Hotels UK are undertaking.

The team were also able to see how the new bedroom product is shaping up, complete with The White Company products and Nespresso UK coffee machines.

They say that an army marches on it's stomach and the same is definitely true of the Conference Care team. Having the opportunity to sample food from the hotels menus was also a highlight of the visit.

Our leadership team have had a productive 2 days this week. Aside from their meeting, they also had opportunity to sample the excellent food and beverage at the hotel and even made our own gourmet hot dogs in the Season Cookery School. ViParis whisked Paul away last weekend for their ‘Summertime in Paris’ expedition. Paul had 3 days of educational site visits looking at the event spaces, F&B outlets and team building experiences Paris has to offer. It was a jam packed couple of days taking in the sights including

We didn't believe it either, but we've checked the records and can confirm ........

Pauline Beattie is 21 !!!!

Who would have thought that it's 21 years since Chris and Andrew persuaded Pauline to leave THE CELTIC MANOR RESORT LIMITED and come and work at Conference Care as employee number 4.

During that time, she's experienced many highs and some lows as the business has grown and developed into what it is today.

We asked for some words from the Conference Care team to describe Pauline - agony aunt, mentor, peacemaker, industry expert, inspirational, veteran (we're not owning up to who said this).

So, if you've worked with or alongside Pauline over the past 21 years, please raise glass and wish her congratulations on her 21st work anniversary at Conference Care.

Conference Care are thrilled to announce we won our fifth GOLD award (Best intermediary agency over 40 employees) at the 2019 M&IT awards on Friday evening at Battersea Evolution. We faced challenging competition, as ever, and were delighted to be recognised at the ‘Oscars of the events industry’ once again.

We've been having a frightfully fun here at HQ today.

Chris & Andrew judged the teams decorative challenge, set by Head of Operations,Louise. These included some very creepy costumes, home grown Pumpkins complete with Nachos and bobbing challenges, There were also some (very) scary masks, along with the judges favourite Twiglets (bribery)?

The winners of the team challenge were our Accounts team, who had turned their office area into a full haunted house by 9am!
