As usual we’re so busy sewing we forgot that we’ve been open now for 29 years 😳 it’s been a long hard slog but we love it ♥️thanks to all our customers that still come and visit year after year 😘 also how old do I feel when the kids I once taught and sorted shoes/costumes for are now bringing there babies ♥️♥️ thanks everyone

BALLET THEATRE UK AUDITION

Ballet Theatre UK is looking for male and female professional dancers with strong classical technique for the 2025 Tour.

The audition will take place on Friday, March 28th, 2025, by invitation only at Ballet Theatre UK Studios.

Deadline to apply is 12:00pm 24th March 2025

In order to apply, dancers should send:

A full CV including a headshot

Dance Photography and any Video links available

Today we will be closing at 12.30 to pay our last respect to this amazing lady Mrs Wood 🩷🖤
Mrs Wood was my dance teacher for many many years , not only did she teach me to dance but she also shaped my life in many ways ! She had the most amazing presence & strength about her and all of us Shelby Dance Academy students really respected & looked up to her , I’m sure we all have our Shelby stories & memories of Mrs Wood , like the Shelby smile & no whispy bits , & the famous boots (if you know you know) . So a massive Thankyou Mrs Wood you were a singular sensation 🩷🖤 love Joe xx
