On Tuesday we at Bonds Hospital Charity in Coventry catering for the charities directors for their annual AGM.
They dined on a starter of prosciutto wrapped British Asparagus with Hollandaise sauce followed by Slow Roasted Lamb with mint and rosemary Jus , Chantenay Carrots, Tender stem and Buttered Jersey Royals and finished the meal with a lovely Peach Bellini Roulade .
So many lovely compliments 😊
Remember if you require any outside catering then here at Green Room caterers we can cater for any event and any type of meal, buffet, BBQ .
