Royal Four Towns Show and Gala.
The AGM for the Royal Four Towns Show and Gala will take place at 7pm on Tuesday 9th September 2025 at the RFT Hall.
Any residents of the RFT area and members of clubs etc, eligible to enter the show, are invited to attend.
If you thinking about joining our committee and would like some more information then please come along to our meeting.
We would love to hear some feedback from the community on the 2025 Show and Gala, to enable us to build on this show, and start thinking about the 2026 Show and Gala. We would appreciate your comments so please leave your comments below or send me a pm via messenger.

Thank you so much to everyone who turned out and supported the Royal Four Towns Show and Gala Pet Show 2025. We are delighted to announce that Jimmy the cat won Best in Show with Toffee the dog winning Reserve Best in Show. Stella the Parrot stole the heart of the judges to win Judges Favourite. A special thanks to Ark Vet Centre for being judges for our show. Well done to everyone and it was lovely meeting all your fabulous pets. Show day tomorrow and I hope you will all join in the fun. Parade leaving Preston House at 1.30pm.

It is the eve of our Show and Gala day 2025. After a great turnout for our Pet Show we are very much hoping for a wonderful turnout tomorrow. We have had a huge increase in entries for our show and the committee would like to thank you all. Please come along and view the wonderful exhibits submitted by the hugely talented people we have living in our wee community. Please enjoy tomorrow and most of all have fun with your neighbours and friends.

We would love plenty of smiles and laughter tomorrow.

Just a reminder our Pet Show is at 6pm on Friday 8th August. Beautiful rosettes up for grabs and trophy to Best in Show. I am also giving away a free photo shoot for the pets that win Best In Show and Reserve Best In Show. The photo shoot will include prints of your favourite images from your photo shoot. We would love to see all your precious pets so please come along and join us for the Royal Four Town Show and Gala Pet Show 2025.

Show and Gala 2025
We hope all your beautiful flowers have survived the storm and that you are thinking about getting them all ready for our show on Saturday. Just a reminder that entry forms have to be submitted prior to 9pm tomorrow night (Tuesday 5th August). Committee members will be at the RFT Hall between 7pm and 9pm on Tuesday evening to accept and process your entry forms. We have been weather checking about 10 times a day and so far the weather appears to be good for our pet show and show day. A last appeal to everyone - the committee have all worked hard for you all to make this show and gala bigger and better so please please support us by taking part in whatever way you can. A little birdy tells me that we have several scarecrows kicking about the Royal Four Towns. We have plenty of games for kids and adults on show day so come along and enjoy the fun.

With only one week to go to the Royal Four Towns Show and Gala here is a sneaky peek at the beautiful rosettes up for grabs. Will your pet be crowned best in show? There is a category for dogs and a category for any other pets. Pets to gather on the green at RFT Hall at 6pm on Friday 8th August 2025 . Judging will commence at 6.15pm. We can't wait to see all your lovely pets.

SHOW & GALA
The committee have received a few queries regarding the fancy dress competition and scarecrow competition which will take place on show day. Hopefully the following will answer these queries.
Fancy Dress Competition - There is no theme to the fancy dress - anything goes. The competition is for adults as well as children and we would encourage everyone to join in - even the committee members are getting involved so we would love to see everyone taking part. Lets have some fun!!
Scarecrow Competition - If you are able to then you can parade with your scarecrow to the hall where the judging will take place. If more convenient then please take your scarecrow to the hall prior to 2pm on show day to allow it to be considered for judging.
Remember there is a trophy and £20.00 up for grabs for winner of fancy dress and £20.00 for winner of scarecrow competition. There are also prizes for 2nd and 3rd places in both competitions. Good luck everyone. I will be out and about with my camera to capture all the wonderful fancy dress creations and scarecrows and of course all the smiles and laughter.
