Our Practice Room at Wycombe Arts Centre is available for solo musicians, bands and artists looking for an affordable space to rehearse, develop new material and make some noise.

Available Monday-Sunday, 9am-10pm, with peak and off-peak rates from £10 per hour.

Calling local artists!

This autumn, Wycombe Arts Centre and We Make Wycombe are joining forces for the Wycombe Community Arts Exhibition, a town-wide exhibition celebrating local artists.

We’re inviting artists from across the High Wycombe community to submit one piece of artwork each. Selected works will be curated and displayed across multiple venues around town.

Open 7th-22nd November
Artist submissions close 21st September

Everyone is welcome to take part, whether you’ve just started creating or have been making art for years.

Our Arts Café is now open on Wednesdays from 10am - 4pm.

Drop in for a cuppa or a cold drink and a delicious treat or an ice lolly!

Our garden is a lovely spot if you are venturing out with your little ones or just want to enjoy some shade underneath a tree.

If you’d prefer a quieter space to create, you can co-create in our newly refurbished, fully accessible Art Studio.

Wednesday 19th August Stevyn Colgan and the Wycombe Wyrm is dropping in too! Come along and help renovate and decorate all 30 feet of Wycombe’s community dragon!

Come for a cuppa, bring a project, make your mark on the Wyrm, or simply enjoy the space. 😊

We’ve been getting super creative with our Summer Holiday Art Club, it’s been a pleasure watching young artists get stuck in. 🎨

Adults, don’t despair, Art School Foundation and Open Studio continue on the 10th and 24th, with Life Drawing on the 17th.

There’s also Art for Wellbeing, a calm, no-pressure space to unwind and create, this Sunday morning. 😌

Friday 14th is Open Mic Night, a relaxed mix of music, poetry and performance. Dac will be hosting, and Dave Poulton will be on the sound desk 🔉

Later in the month, Spraycan Workshops with Dan Wilson run across Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd, followed by Sunday Jam on the 30th. 🎸🥁

Wow! What a fantastic run of The Big Art Show!

We had so much fun, and now that we've wrapped up all the behind-the-scenes admin, we can look back and feel proud of the show and our amazing team 🖤

Around 700 people came to visit the exhibition, and we had some great feedback about how much the show has grown over the years ☺️☀️

We also have a special edition of our Afterschool Art Club as part of the Wycombe Museum Chair Festival 2026, plus a Holiday Art Club to look forward to!
