The show must go on!
Currently, the great English weather has reared its ugly head for Sunday.
Although Ofcourse it is still too early to tell, to ensure the event is both enjoyable and safe for all, we have to revert to a contingency plan so that the event can still go ahead as planned.
We have been in discussion with our safety advisors and also the venue over the course of the last week and we are sorry to advise that regrettably we will not be able to have all of the rides we originally wanted for this event due to health and safety concerns.
The weather may end up being wonderful, but as we cannot predict this and have only weather reports to rely on, it is everyone’s interest that we plan for a safe event.
If for any reason the heavens do open we will utilise the venue and carry on with the event inside the building.
Let’s hope that the weather works out in our favours. ☀️
Rides that will be present tomorrow are:-
Tea cups
6 bed trampoline
Maybes:
soft play
Bouncy Castle
Other scheduled rides will sadly not be available on this occasion.
Food stalls all still attending
All acts are 100% confirmed 🥳
We do urge everybody to dress accordingly to the weather. Also bring picnic blankets folding chairs and umbrellas if you do wish but this is not essential.
No food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the event. However if an individual does have allergies or dietary requirements, this will be permitted.
Thank you for understanding. As parents and responsible event organisers, I hope you understand our predicament and that the safety of all attendees is paramount from our perspective.
