Word got out that there’s a Greek in the kitchen 😜 so our Moussaka has been flying out the freezer this week! Layers of potato and aubergine, a rich minced lamb and herby tomato filling, with a creamy béchamel sauce on top. What’s not to love 🤌

It’s Friday again, happy weekend everyone! Another busy week of cooking, and this week our most popular dish to sell has been Ratatouille. Rich herby tomato sauce and veg, roasted in the oven. Super tasty 🤌

Just us again folks 😁 it’s been lovely seeing some familiar faces pop into citrus to stock up your freezers over the last couple of days 🫶 we’ll be on site again on Friday between 10am - 2pm if you need anything in time for the weekend!

As well as our savoury freezer meals, we also offer sweet tray-bakes made to order. That’s pudding covered 👌

Wow! We are blown away by the number of orders that are flying in on our first week of our new venture, we are so grateful for every single one of you for supporting us! Here’s a little insight into some of what we have been cooking this week. Our Italian inspired aubergine Parmigiana 🤌 layers of seasoned grilled aubergine, a herby rich tomato sauce with fresh basil, topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. It’s mouth-wateringly good, and so comforting now that the weather is getting a little colder.

It’s none stop cooking and we’re loving it. We’re on site tomorrow (Friday 10am-2pm) if you’d like to pop along and see what we have in stock at Citrus, otherwise get in touch and we’ll gladly cook you up your favourite dishes to order!
