A new concert season will mark 75 years of live classical music in Hexham.

✍️ After our popular summer writing workshops, we’re back with another chance for young imaginations to run wild this half term!

In Building Worlds, Telling Stories, ages 8–14 will create a world from scratch – mapping its rivers, inventing characters and creatures, and writing the opening of a story set there.

Led by writer and creative writing tutor Dr Louise Logan-Smith.

No experience needed – just bring your imagination!
