Still a few tickets left to listen to Jasmine Harrison and her amazing adventures - come along on Wednesday night to hear her speak...

Hexham Rotary Club is organising an inspiring fundraising talk to be given by Jasmine Harrison, a 26 year old Rotarian from Yorkshire.

Jasmine, at 21, was the youngest person to have rowed single handed across the Atlantic and the following year she swum from Lands End to John O'Groats, She has recently completed a solo circumnavigation of the world under sail in the Mini Globe Race.

This event will be held in the Tynedale Mart Function Suite (in Hexham) on the evening of Wednesday 13th May and includes a Q and A session chaired by Look North's Carol Malia.
Full details of the evening are set out on the attached double sided leaflet. Arrangements for purchasing tickets (by e-mailing Rotarian Andy Pryor at [email protected]) can be found on the front page and Jasmine's biographical details are listed on the second page.

All proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Hexham Rotary Emergency Disaster Fund.

We are so fortunate to have this opportunity to hear such a motivated young person describe her experiences and hope that you and your friends will join us for what should be a really fascinating and uplifting evening.

Arriving around 12 pm at Hexham Mart the Northumberland and Borders Road Run will be stopping for 2 hours for a lunch break.

They are anticipating around 60 vehichles so this should be quite a sight, and a fond blast from the past

Quick reminder that the Northumberland and Borders Road Run is TOMORROW - Saturday 25th April.

Hoping to get to Hexham Auction Mart around midday - our cafe is open for competitors and spectators

⚡️We have a new event coming to the Hexham Mart Cafe on Saturday 25th April.⚡️

The Northumberland and Borders Road 2 Day Run is calling in at Hexham and Northern Marts on the 1st days run.
They are hoping to arrive at the Mart around 12 pm for a 2 hour break so if you are a fan of Classic & Vintage Commercial Vehicles then pop down for a look 👀

The Northumberland and Borders Road Run will be calling in for lunch at our Mart Cafe next Saturday 25th April.

They are leaving Willowford Industrial Estate at Alnwick at 9.30 am and making their way to Hexham for their lunch break around 12 pm.

There promises to be around 60 classic & vintage Commercial vehicles taking part so should be quite a sight!
