End of an Era

Today marks the end of an era.
After 12 years of magnificent service, we say goodbye to Linda Ward, our Front of House Manager — the face of hospitality at Brickendon Grange Golf Club.

Lin has been so much more than a manager. She has been loved by the membership, visitors and especially her team for her warmth, her smile, and the way she always put people first. Over the years she has built and nurtured a real family here — a generation of young workers she has guided, supported, and shaped. Many of them have grown into confident leaders because of her influence, including Joe Greaves, who now leads the team she helped create.

Her professionalism, kindness, and unwavering dedication have defined the guest experience and set a standard that will be hard to match and impossible to forget. She brought a level of care that made everyone around her better.

Lin thank you for everything you’ve given us.
Your legacy lives on in the people you’ve trained, the culture you’ve built.

We will miss you deeply — and we wish you nothing but happiness in whatever comes next.
