⚡️ Herefordshire Marquee Wedding, guests were treated to Welsh Lamb rack, confit Lamb shoulder Tagine, honey roasted squash purée, charred baby courgettes, Wye valley asparagus + minted salsa verde, followed by treacle tart, poached vanilla pear + stem ginger ice cream 😋

Private dining for a big birthday Sally, friends & family totally relaxed while we provided breakfast over the weekend, 3 course À la carte evening meal for all guests.
