Millie & Jake at Broadfield Court 🌿 May 2026

Guests started with a selection of canapés before sitting down to Italian-inspired sharing boards filled with cured meats, buffalo mozzarella, sun blushed tomatoes, marinated olives, chargrilled vegetables, wild rocket salad and Italian breads with extra virgin olive oil.

Main course:
Slow cooked lamb with feta & pomegranate.

Served with:
Roasted new potatoes & black garlic aioli.
Chargrilled tenderstem broccoli.
Rocket, feta & fig salad with pomegranate molasses & toasted almonds.

Relaxed dining, big flavours and plenty to share around the table 🍷🍽️

Lulu & Tom’s marquee wedding ✨ May 2026

Guests started with a selection of canapés, followed by warm home-made focaccia with pots of oil & vinegar during the speeches.

🐟 Starter:
Smoked salmon roulade, dill pickled cucumber, basil oil & smoked sea salt crostini.

🍴 Main:
Herefordshire sausages, creamy chive mashed potato, roasted carrots and cider & caramelised onion gravy.
Served with bowls of beer battered onion rings for the table.

🍰 Dessert:
Wedding cake & brownies.

A relaxed wedding feast designed for sharing, celebrating and second helpings.

Beth & Bryn - December 2025 ❤️

Beth & Bryn got married at the wonderful in December 2025 and they brought the Summer back with their Glastonbury themed wedding! 🎪
A beautiful day for the loveliest couple!

We served a sharing feast of Slow Cooked & Shredded Maple Glazed Pulled Beef Bao Buns, Smoked Texan BBQ Baby Back Pork Ribs, & Chicken Skewers with Pots of Satay Dipping Sauce - all served with big bowls of Three Cheese Macaroni Cheese & Crispy Onions, Winter Slaw & a Rocket, Feta & Fig Salad.
Followed by Salted Caramel Cheesecake and Belgian Chocolate Orange Mousse with a Sticky Orange Sauce!

For their evening food, they went with our Homemade Margherita & Pepperoni Pizzas from our Woodfired Pizza Oven.

Richie - Event Chef - The King of Lamb (but don’t tell G!!) .. Richie has been with us for an amazing 15 years. Between running his own business and acting, directing & performing - he has never let us down, and he has been by our sides through it all! We love you Rich!
