Guests started with a selection of canapés before sitting down to Italian-inspired sharing boards filled with cured meats, buffalo mozzarella, sun blushed tomatoes, marinated olives, chargrilled vegetables, wild rocket salad and Italian breads with extra virgin olive oil.
Main course:
Slow cooked lamb with feta & pomegranate.
Served with:
Roasted new potatoes & black garlic aioli.
Chargrilled tenderstem broccoli.
Rocket, feta & fig salad with pomegranate molasses & toasted almonds.
