So guys.... The best place I've ever investigated has to be Boscastle!
it's expensive for weekend hire, but I can get a 2 night break in the week much cheaper.
Would be looking at £130pp, same as usual all meals included, accommodation (dorm style or some double rooms first come first serve) I'm thinking May time....
