So… what actually happens when you enquire with Botanical Weddings? 🌿
Firstly, you absolutely do not need to have your whole wedding figured out before you contact us.
A full Pinterest board and a detailed vision? Amazing.
A venue, a date and “we just really like plants”? Also absolutely fine. 😂🌿
Here's how it works:
👋 1. You say hello
Send us your wedding date, venue and whatever ideas you have so far.
💬 2. We have a chat
This can be over the phone, on Zoom or by email, whatever you're most comfortable with. We'll talk about your venue, your ideas, the areas you'd like us to style and what's important to you.
✨ 3. We create your proposal
We'll put together a personalised proposal filled with ideas and options for your wedding, from ceremony backdrops and table styling to hanging installations, plant favours and all those little leafy extras.
🌿 4. We make it yours
Love everything? Brilliant. Want to change something? Also brilliant. We can amend your proposal and work through the options until everything feels right for your day.
💚 5. You secure your date
Once you're happy, a £250 booking payment secures your wedding date in our diary.
And just like that… you're officially booked in! 🥹
📅 6. Around four months before your wedding
We'll get back in touch to go through everything again. By then you might have final guest numbers, new ideas or a few changes, and we'll work through all of those details with you. We will stay in touch to finalise the details and payments before the big day.
🌿 7. Then we bring it all to life
On your wedding day, while you're busy getting getting ready, we'll be at your venue unloading, carrying, climbing, plant wrangling and transforming the space you've spent months imagining.
And then you get to walk in and see it for real. 💚
