Toad's Mill Toad's Mill Spelt Flour is lovingly grown on our small family farm in Herefordshire. We offer both Light White and Wholemeal varieties.

We are a husband and wife team growing and processing our Spelt wheat sustainably on our small family farm in Herefordshire. Toad's Mill spelt flour is available as either Light White or Wholemeal flour and is superb not only for bread making but also everyday cooking, breakfast pancakes, pizza base and wonderful brownies.

We are really missing being out with our lovely pizza trailer at moment, we had a busy spring set out ahead of us with weddings, parties and pop-up nights all planned, but with social distancing rules as they are we just can’t fire her up. Here at TMK HQ we are keeping are fingers firmly crossed for the end of the summer and bringing all our loyal and new customers fresh wood fired pizzas, topped with locally sourced ingredients 🤞🏻🍕🍕keep safe everyone x
