Dewsall Court Dewsall Court is a truly enchanting destination for unique weddings and celebrations.

This exclusive use country retreat hosts weddings, corporate events, supper clubs, and week or weekend stays for family and friends. The idyllic country retreat provides exclusive use so couples can share a true home from home experience with their friends and family. At the heart of Dewsall is an amazing team that specialises in event management and a creative kitchen that delivers delicious, locally sourced food. Nestled within the breathtaking Herefordshire countryside Dewsall Court offers 12 acres of beautiful gardens and grounds, an ancient Church, The Wainhouse a modern barn conversion as well as luxurious accommodation, allowing each couple to make their wedding their own. The Estate has a rich history dating back to 1644 when the main house was built and became the birthplace of Dukes, welcomed famous poets and composers and stored important works of art during the war. After falling into disrepair the current owners lovingly spent 10 years restoring it, thoughtfully combining the old with the new. Couples can host up to 170 guests seated for dinner in the stunning barn and up to 27 guests in the luxurious bedrooms, but the potential is endless. A visual diary from H&H’s day 🌙

They celebrated with their nearest and dearest on the day of the solar eclipse, back in the height of summer.

Opting for a lawn ceremony overlooking the black mountains, a sunny drinks reception, with their main reception in the Wainhouse. Cocktail hour followed before dancing into the night, complete with a solar eclipse. Pure magic.

Two days and infinite joy for S&K 💫

Two ceremonies, both intimate and beautifully curated, surrounded by the people they love most.

Our highlight was on Friday, where The 5th House drummers set an extraordinary energy from the start, guests moved through the grounds playing, dancing, and making memories in the spaces between. The journey culminated in an amazing dance, before everyone took their seats to witness Kat & Shiva's ceremony.

Whilst the festive season is a little way off, we can’t help but start thinking about festivities and getting plans in place to look forward to. As it tiptoes closer, we thought we’d share a few details on our Christmas party evenings.

Taking place on a select few dates over the festive period, they are designed so that groups of varying sizes are welcome. Every guest will get an elevated, fun and wonderful Christmas party experience with a special Dewsall feast.

J&M, where do we start? What a wedding, what a day!

One of the main things that made this so special for us was watching how much Jess, Mat and their guests enjoyed every single moment and we absolutely felt that joy too.

The details felt personal yet fully with each of their guests in mind: from the singing waiters to Bonnie the golden retriever ring bearer, to how the whole day flowed so effortlessly from the Church ceremony, to the main house and reception in the Wainhouse. When a couple brings a particular kind of warmth, it makes the experience even more joyous.
